This is news?
There was an article in the paper this morning letting us know that the various block numbering systems in Utah County (23 in total) are confusing the heck out of people. Uh… duh? It took me about 2 visits down there to figure that out and that's only because I never left Provo on the first trip. It was like visiting some old Eastern city. "Hey, I'm on Main St. Wait… now It's State St. Hold up, it just became 200 North… but I was heading south?"
Thank goodness Utah County has the sense to finally think about switching to a Salt Lake County-style road system with contiguous block numbering. Maybe I won't have to print out maps every time I go down there anymore.
