There's a spiffy new tool out there called unfluence whose sole purpose is to show you who's been giving money to which canidates. It's focused on state candidates too, an area that usually doesn't have much light shined on it. Unsurprisingly, real estate money plays almost as large a part in campaign financing as the parties themselves. Go check out the site for yourself to see who's dime your legislators ran on.
