Mark Towner, Quit Spamming Me!

I got the following in my inbox this morning:

Welcome to the Spyglass@thespyglass.us mailing list!

To post to this list, send your email to:

 spyglass@thespyglass.us

General information about the mailing list is at:

 http://thespyglass.us/mailman/listinfo/spyglass_thespyglass.us

If you ever want to unsubscribe or change your options (eg, switch to
or from digest mode, change your password, etc.), visit your
subscription page at:

 http://thespyglass.us/mailman/options/spyglass_thespyglass.us/elforesto%40gmail.com

You can also make such adjustments via email by sending a message to:

 Spyglass-request@thespyglass.us

with the word `help' in the subject or body (don't include the
quotes), and you will get back a message with instructions.

You must know your password to change your options (including changing
the password, itself) or to unsubscribe.  It is:

  [redacted]

Normally, Mailman will remind you of your thespyglass.us mailing list
passwords once every month, although you can disable this if you
prefer.  This reminder will also include instructions on how to
unsubscribe or change your account options.  There is also a button on
your options page that will email your current password to you. .

How many times have I gotta say that I don't want your spamvertisement newsletter before you stop sending it? I sent my latest unsubscribe request to abuse@bluehost.com just to make sure it gets processed.

The only surprise in this is that it took so very, very long to happen.

I also got that email in my inbox (DESPITE sending an angry email to FeedBlitz in June the last time I got spammed by Towner). Thanks for providing the link to complain about this bonehead and his latest spamfest.

By the way, those unsubscribe links he includes with his emails? They don’t work. I’ve unsubscribed at least five times from his crap (which I never subscribed to in the first place), and he just keeps sending it.

I’m waiting for the pixelated cape and tights!
