Do you have what it takes to balance the federal budget?
American Public Media has put together a nifty little game where you can toy with various spending measures and make your own budget. Go check it out. I managed to drop the debt as a percentage of GDP by over 50%, extend the "bankruptcy" of the federal government beyond 2070 and shrunk government by about 10%. And there was a nice little surplus at the end of it all.

Sweet! I’ll go check it out.
That was fun! It’s like cutting the Mt. Dew budget here. I didn’t shrink the government as much as you did (I like my PBS!), but I extended the bankruptcy past 2070 as well. That was fun!
Jesse for president!
I second that vote!!!
