Canadians have invaded the grocery store

I went to the grocery store last night to pick up a few items for meatball subs (yes, they were good). While traveling from the bakery to the dairy case, I passed through the chip isle and saw (drumroll please) dill pickle potato chips.

I did a double take and then looked around for the ketchup and "all seasoned" ones. No such luck.

  1. Apparently the Canadians haven’t invaded the grocery store. Otherwise there wouldn’t have been any of those chips left. Unless they were hiding behind the chips. Which they brought themselves…

All Dressed. That’s what they are. Welcome to Canada! Thanksgiving was a month ago.

I have seen the Dill Pickle Potato chips but yea, I am missing the ketchup chips. That would suit me. And also the Big Turk bar. That is just yummy.

Pringles has a Ketchup flavored chip that they used to sell at WalMart as of a year ago – Im not sure if they went the way of the rubix cube or not.

Hate to break it to you, but I was buying dill pickle potato chips in Vernal in high school. I’ve seen ketchup potato chips up in PA a few times, but honestly I’m not a fan. Yuck. Dill rock though.

Lays Ketchup chips are weak. You pretty much have to go Old Dutch for ketchup and dill, that’s the goods right there.
Man, I can’t wait to go back to Canada now.
